Shipping & Delivery
This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains where eligible equipment can be delivered, how orders are processed, what common delivery services include, and how to report a delivery issue. Product availability, carrier, cost, and timing depend on the item, inventory location, destination, and site access.
Service regions
Eligible products may be delivered to serviceable addresses in the United States, Canada, selected European countries, the United Kingdom, and Australia. Some products, remote areas, islands, military addresses, P.O. boxes, parcel lockers, or destinations affected by carrier, export, or regulatory restrictions may be unavailable. Checkout acceptance is subject to final delivery review.
Processing and estimates
Orders are reviewed for payment authorization, fraud screening, inventory, product restrictions, and delivery eligibility. Standard parcel products commonly leave the fulfillment location within 1–5 business days. Heavy, oversized, fragile, or freight products may require additional preparation. Delivery dates are estimates and can change because of inventory movement, weather, congestion, customs, labor disruption, carrier scheduling, or other circumstances outside reasonable control.
If an order cannot ship within the stated or legally permitted time, we will contact the customer with available options, which may include accepting a revised estimate or cancelling the affected unshipped item for a refund.
Parcel and freight service
Small products may ship by parcel carrier. Large machinery, cabinets, lifts, benches, and other oversized products normally travel by freight. Unless the product page or order confirmation expressly includes another service, freight delivery is curbside or threshold delivery to a safe, accessible point. Unloading equipment, inside placement, stair carry, assembly, installation, electrical work, calibration, packaging removal, permits, and disposal of existing equipment are not included.
Freight carriers may contact the recipient to arrange an appointment. The customer must provide a working telephone number and be available during the agreed window. Missed appointments, inaccessible roads, insufficient loading space, building restrictions, or refusal of an undamaged shipment may result in storage, redelivery, or return charges.
Site access and unloading
Before ordering, confirm driveway, gate, loading-zone, dock, doorway, elevator, turning-radius, floor-load, and final-location requirements. The customer is responsible for suitable unloading equipment, trained personnel, building approval, parking access, and local permits unless a different service is confirmed in writing. Carriers may decline an unsafe or impractical delivery.
Charges, taxes, and import costs
Shipping charges shown at checkout or confirmed in writing are based on the information available at the time. Additional costs may apply when an address is inaccurate, access restrictions were not disclosed, storage or redelivery is required, or the customer requests a service beyond the quoted method.
For international orders, prices may not include import duties, value-added tax, goods and services tax, customs clearance, brokerage, disbursement fees, or local charges. Unless checkout expressly states that these amounts are included, the recipient is responsible for them. Customs authorities may request identity, tax, or import information directly from the recipient.
Inspection and delivery claims
Inspect the number and condition of cartons, crates, and pallets at delivery. Note visible shortage, damage, or tampering on the carrier receipt before signing where possible. Photograph all sides of the packaging, shipping labels, pallet or crate, protective materials, and product. Contact service@vftworkshop.com promptly with the order number, SKU, description, and photographs. Keep the equipment and packaging while the claim is reviewed.
A signature without notation may make visible freight damage harder to verify, but does not eliminate rights that cannot legally be waived. Concealed damage should be reported as soon as reasonably possible after unpacking.
Address changes and split shipments
Contact us immediately if delivery information is incorrect. Changes are not guaranteed after processing begins and may produce carrier or rerouting charges. Products supplied from different locations may arrive in separate shipments with separate tracking numbers or appointments.
