Returns & Refunds

This Returns & Refunds Policy explains eligibility, approval steps, freight responsibility, damaged-item procedures, and refund timing. Contact customer care before returning equipment. Unauthorized returns or merchandise sent to the corporate mailing address may be refused.

Standard return window

Unless a product page states otherwise, a request for an eligible standard-stock item must be submitted within 30 calendar days after recorded delivery. The item must be unused, uninstalled, unaltered, and in resalable condition with all original packaging, manuals, guards, hardware, accessories, and protective materials. Approval depends on product type, condition, destination, supplying warehouse, and applicable law.

Request procedure

1. Email service@vftworkshop.com with the order number, SKU, quantity, reason, and photographs of the equipment and packaging.
2. Wait for written return authorization and the designated return address. Products may ship from different locations.
3. Follow the supplied packaging, labeling, carrier, and freight instructions.
4. Keep tracking, freight receipts, and photographs until the claim and refund are complete.

Authorization does not guarantee a refund. Merchandise is inspected after receipt.

Return shipping and deductions

For an approved change-of-mind return, the customer may be responsible for return freight, original outbound freight, residential or remote-area surcharges, liftgate or appointment fees, and a restocking charge of up to 15% where disclosed and permitted by law. Expected deductions will be explained before authorization. Refusing delivery does not automatically create a free return and may cause storage, redelivery, handling, or return-freight costs.

Non-returnable products

Made-to-order, customized, personalized, special-order, final-sale, clearance, installed, fueled, lubricated, assembled, used, modified, or electrically connected products are generally not returnable for change of mind. Consumables, opened safety or hygiene equipment, and products missing original packaging or components may also be excluded. These restrictions do not limit remedies for damage, defect, misdescription, or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Damage, shortage, or incorrect item

Inspect all freight promptly. When visible damage exists, note it on the carrier receipt before signing where possible. Send the order number, SKU, photographs of every side of the packaging, label, damage, and all packing materials. Keep the equipment, carton, crate, pallet, and packaging while the claim is reviewed. If we confirm damage, defect, shortage, or shipping error, an appropriate remedy may include parts, technical support, repair, exchange, return shipping, a price adjustment, or refund.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed because orders may enter allocation or fulfillment shortly after submission. If an order has already been packed, customized, or dispatched, return or redirection costs may apply. If we cancel an unfulfilled item, the collected amount for that item will be returned to the original payment method.

Refund review

After an authorized return is received and inspected, we will notify the customer of the result. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, less any disclosed and lawful deductions. Banks and payment providers control posting time after we submit the refund. If a return arrives incomplete, damaged because of inadequate repacking, or materially different from the approved condition, we may reduce or deny the refund where permitted and explain the reason.

Mandatory rights

Nothing in this Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies consumer guarantees or remedies that cannot be excluded under the law that applies to the purchase.
