Payment Policy

This Payment Policy explains how charges are presented, authorized, processed, and refunded when purchasing from VFT Workshop.

Currency and accepted methods

Store prices are displayed in United States dollars unless another currency is expressly shown. Checkout may offer PayPal and other methods enabled for the customer’s destination. Available methods can vary by country, device, order value, risk review, and payment-provider availability.

Payment authorization

By submitting an order, you authorize the selected payment provider to charge the displayed order total, including applicable product charges, shipping, and taxes collected at checkout. An authorization or order acknowledgment does not guarantee acceptance. We may verify payment, inventory, delivery eligibility, and fraud indicators before accepting an order.

You represent that you are authorized to use the selected method and that the billing information is accurate. A payment provider may request identity verification or additional authentication directly from you.

PayPal processing

PayPal transactions are processed through PayPal’s systems and are subject to PayPal’s user agreement and privacy practices. We receive transaction status and limited details needed to identify and support the order. We do not control PayPal account limitations, funding-source decisions, exchange rates, or independent processing delays.

Taxes, duties, and additional charges

Taxes may be calculated based on product type and destination. For international delivery, import duties, value-added tax, goods and services tax, brokerage, customs clearance, and local charges may not be included unless checkout expressly says otherwise. The recipient is responsible for charges collected by customs, carriers, or local authorities.

Failed, declined, or reviewed payments

An order may be delayed or cancelled if payment is declined, reversed, incomplete, expired, inconsistent with billing information, or selected for review. Contact the payment provider for information about a decline. Do not submit repeated orders unless you confirm that the earlier attempt did not succeed.

Pricing or system errors

We may correct an obvious pricing, currency, tax, shipping, or system error before acceptance. If a correction materially changes an order, we will request approval or cancel and refund the affected item as required by law.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. We do not redirect a refund to a different account. After we submit a refund, PayPal, the card issuer, or the customer’s financial institution controls posting time. Refund eligibility and deductions are governed by the Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable law.

Fraud prevention and security

We and our payment providers may use automated and manual checks to protect customers and the store. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify an order or may cancel a transaction where lawful if verification cannot be completed.
