Warranty Policy
This Warranty Policy explains how to request assistance for a product defect, missing component, or performance issue. Commercial warranty coverage varies by product, supplier, and manufacturer. Any product-specific warranty shown on the product page, packaging, or written order confirmation controls if it provides more specific terms.
Potential coverage
Subject to the applicable product warranty, coverage may include defects in materials or workmanship appearing during normal use within the stated warranty period. The available remedy may be troubleshooting, replacement hardware or parts, repair, exchange, or another remedy appropriate to the equipment and applicable law.
Common exclusions
Unless a written product warranty states otherwise, coverage generally does not include normal wear, consumables, cosmetic variation, corrosion from unsuitable storage, misuse, overloading, accidents, improper power supply, incorrect assembly or installation, failure to lubricate or maintain equipment, use outside stated ratings, unauthorized modification or repair, damage during a customer-arranged move, or use contrary to safety and operating instructions.
Freight damage, missing cartons, and incorrect items should be reported under the Shipping & Delivery Policy. Change-of-mind requests are handled under the Returns & Refunds Policy.
How to submit a claim
Email service@vftworkshop.com with the order number, purchaser name, product name and SKU, a clear issue description, photographs or video, serial and model labels, packaging and shipping labels where relevant, and assembly, installation, care, and usage details related to the issue.
Keep the product, components, and packaging while the claim is reviewed. Do not discard or return equipment unless instructed in writing.
Review and remedies
We may request additional evidence, remote troubleshooting, inspection, or return of a component. Claims are reviewed against the product-specific warranty, order record, supplied evidence, and applicable law. If accepted, the remedy and logistics will be confirmed in writing. Replacement parts may differ slightly because of production updates.
Labor, installation, removal, access equipment, downtime, loss of use, and incidental costs are not included unless a written warranty or applicable law expressly requires them.
Mandatory guarantees
This Policy does not exclude, restrict, or modify statutory guarantees or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. Where a mandatory rule conflicts with this Policy, the mandatory rule applies.
